Round Hill principally looks to make investments that are complementary to its existing platforms. In addition, Round Hill looks to invest opportunistically in distressed situations, loan portfolios and stabilised income portfolios. Round Hill has successfully invested more than $6bn of capital in European real estate assets since inception and has a proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring high quality real estate through out Europe.

Round Hill owns and operates one of the UKs leading student housing companies, Nido. Nido is a premium, experiential student accommodation business with a proven track record of acquiring and re-developing student housing assets that set the standard in the market.


Round Hill is a premier, pan-European asset manager with experience across many jurisdictions and countries. Prime office assets in Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany. Under Round Hill management, assets have achieved stable occupancy at 99% with an average of over 8 years of remaining lease term.

Round Hill has established a senior living platform to cater to the UK's chronically undersupplied senior living residential stock. Round owns and operates one the leading, premium senior living companies. Round Hill will be a residential developer of purpose built, high spec senior citizen focused residential product.

Logistics and Light Industrial

Round Hill owns and manages logistics and light industrial assets. Round Hill has been able to recruit and retain a diversified mix of tenants who are leaders in the retail, transportation and industrial production sectors.

Opportunistic Investments
