Michael Bickford founded Round Hill Capital in 2002, an enhanced real estate investment firm, which creates targeted regional and sector focused platforms in real estate and infrastructure. Round Hill has a vertically integrated, global management team with 100 dedicated professionals in 9 offices.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has over 12 years experience in real estate finance, structuring and operational management. Richard joins Round Hill from DRC Capital, a private equity real estate debt manager, where he was Chief Financial Officer from its inception in 2012.
Chief Operating Officer
Paul brings to Round Hill over 16 years of experience in financial and operational management. His career includes 8 years at KPMG working on global M&A, Restructuring and Transaction Service engagements worldwide.
Jill has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Her career includes 15 years working at international law firms both in the US and the UK.

Under Round Hill management, assets have achieved stable occupancy at 99% with an average of over 8 years of remaining lease term.
Round Hill has established a senior living platform to cater to the UK's chronically undersupplied senior living residential stock. Round owns and operates one the leading, premium senior living companies. Round Hill will be a residential developer of purpose built, high spec senior citizen focused residential product.
Logistics and Light Industrial
Round Hill owns and manages logistics and light industrial assets. Round Hill has been able to recruit and retain a diversified mix of tenants who are leaders in the retail, transportation and industrial production sectors.
