Design and Construction
Careful design team selection leads to a cost-efficient, sustainable and quality development.
Architectural and engineering contract negotiations are carried out in-house, creating a coordinated and thorough design phase. The design is managed to meet time, cost and quality requirements.
Planning consent and governmental approval coordination enable a fully developed, frozen design and precise budgeting and scheduling for the construction phase.
In-house procurement of contractors through local networks gives Round Hill oversight and control of the entire construction phase. Regional teams monitor the construction process, working closely with central development management functions enabling effective reporting and communication with joint venture partners.
Quality control allows for snagging and operations manuals to be drawn up in preparation for exit.
