Round Hill Capital appoints Chief Operating Officer

• Sandra Burrows will be responsible for further enhancing Round Hill Capital’s corporate governance and investor focus as it looks to accelerate its European Living portfolio ambitions

Round Hill Capital, a leading global specialist real estate investor, developer and manager, has appointed Sandra Burrows as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Sandra brings over 17 years of operations, change management as well as investor relations experience and joins as Round Hill Capital seeks to accelerate the growth of its European Living portfolio.

Based in London, Sandra will report directly to Michael Bickford, CEO. She will be responsible for driving operational improvements, transformative initiatives and ensuring robust governance frameworks that align with and support Round Hill Capital’s long-term growth strategy. Her expertise in transformation programmes and investor relations will further enhance the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional value on behalf of investors and stakeholders.

Before joining Round Hill Capital, Sandra served as Chief Transformation Officer at Praemia REIM, where she led key strategic initiatives to drive innovation and business growth. Sandra spent several years of her career at Blackstone and 3i in London, where she specialized in Investor Relations and Private Wealth Solutions.
