Round Hill Capital Completes the Acquisition of a Portfolio with 60 Properties and 925 units in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and other Greater Frankfurt Area locations
Round Hill Capital (“Round Hill”), a leading specialist real estate investment, development and asset management firm, announces the acquisition of a portfolio comprising 60 properties with 925 residential and commercial units located in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and other towns in the Greater Frankfurt Area with Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private equity firm, and co-investor StepStone Real Estate, a global asset manager and advisor.
Round Hill is one of Europe’s leading accommodation investment management specialists, with over 56,000 units currently under management across Europe. Round Hill and its affiliates currently own and manage over 4,000 units in Germany for several institutional and private clients.
