Round Hill Capital Wins Overall Fund of the Year and Residential Fund of the Year Awards at the Property Investor Europe Awards 2018
Round Hill Capital (“Round Hill” or the “Group”), a leading specialist real estate investment, development and asset management firm, is delighted to announce that it has won two awards for Overall Fund of the Year and the Residential Fund of the Year at the highly competitive Property Investor Europe Awards 2018.
The prestigious awards are open to property-related companies across Europe. The judging panel included leading real estate academics and research specialists across Europe, including from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Cass Business School, Ulster University and French independent real estate research organisation IEIF. The judging process examined performance, asset growth, transactions/deals completed, including significant transactions, innovation, market impact and positive client feedback.
