London, 24 November 2020 – Round Hill Ventures (RHV), today announced the first close of a dedicated European PropTech Fund set to invest €200m in Late Seed – Series B high growth ventures delivering innovation across the Built Environment. The fund has attracted strong demand from large institutional capital, providing access to the fast growing PropTech sector for sovereign wealth and pension funds.
The new Fund is led by experienced technology investor and operator, Arnie Sriskandarajah, working alongside Round Hill Capital CEO, Michael Bickford. Since 2016, Round Hill Ventures, backed by Round Hill Capital, has been a first mover investor in the European PropTech ecosystem with a strong track record in backing global successes such as SenSat, Spacemaker AI, Allmyhomes, Plentific and Casafari.
