Jihoon Yim

Jihoon brings over 15 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management and capital-raising. He serves as Regional Head of Asia and is based in Singapore.

Prior to joining Round Hill, Jihoon was a Director at Hanwha Asset Management leading the platform’s global real estate portfolio management and capital-raising activities. He previously worked at DWS as Investment Manager where he acquired and managed properties in APAC.

Jihoon received a B.Arch. from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
