Lisa Bennewitz

Lisa works closely with our Capital Markets Group and is responsible for capital raising activities in Germany. She brings more than ten years of experience in Large Cap Investment Banking and Venture Capital and joined the firm from the position as CFO of hyper-growth Construction-Tech scale-up Schüttflix. During her career she has advised on more than €50bn of global public and private M&A, ECM and debt transactions in the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Technology space.

Lisa is an active investor herself, acting as sparring partner to tech start-ups and family offices and brings extensive transaction and leadership expertise, as well as a comprehensive network within the German Real Estate, Prop-Tech and Construction-Tech environment.
