Lisa works closely with our Capital Markets Group and is responsible for capital raising activities in Germany. She brings fifteen years of experience in Large Cap Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital. During her career she has advised on more than €100bn of global public and private M&A, ECM and debt transactions in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Industrials and Technology space.
