Oliver Bowring

Oliver is a Senior Vice President in the investment team at Round Hill Capital. Oliver is primarily responsible for investment and asset management activity in senior housing and brings 14 years of real estate investment and corporate finance experience to the firm. He has closed over 30 transactions including cross-border M&As, development financings, equity financings, and sale and lease backs. 

Prior to Round Hill Capital, Oliver was a senior member of the international investment team at Welltower (NYSE: WELL), the world’s largest healthcare real estate investment trust with ~$80bn under management. During his time at Welltower, he helped double the AuM in the International markets to over $8bn. Prior to Welltower, Oliver was an investment banker at Jefferies (NYSE: JEF) where he focused on advising international corporates.

Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with honours from the University of Nottingham.
