Peter Brigham

Peter Brigham has a 30-year track record of successfully acquiring, managing, financing and optimizing large, complex, international property portfolios. His strong asset management, acquisitions, debt structuring and development skills were honed through his long international career.

Peter has managed and acquired more than $40 Billion of real estate assets, comprising both stabilised core assets and redevelopment/repositioning properties, including thousands of residential, student accommodation, senior living, office, logistics, hospitality/leisure, retail, industrial and land assets.

Peter currently is responsible for the Real Estate Services team, comprising all Property Management and Development Management activities at Round Hill Capital, including all properties under management in Europe and the US by the Firm.

Prior to joining RHC in 2010, Mr. Brigham worked at Morgan Stanley’s real estate funds for over 10 years in London, Tokyo, and San Francisco.

Mr. Brigham received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
