Sandra is Round Hill Capital's Chief Operating Officer, with more than 17 years of experience in Operations, Change Management, and Investor Relations.

Before joining Round Hill Capital, Sandra served as Chief Transformation Officer at Praemia REIM, where she led key strategic initiatives to drive innovation and growth within the organization. Sandra also spent several years of her career at Blackstone and 3i in London, working in Investor Relations and Private Wealth Solutions.
