Tom France

Tom is Head of Development Management and brings 18 years of investment and development real estate experience to the firm. Tom has led 12 transactions at RHC including the expansion of the student and residential business in Ireland to deliver 3,000 PBSA and BTR units (€1bn+ GAV) and a further 3,000+ PBSA and BTR units within the UK. Prior to RHC, Tom worked for an investment and development fund, managing 18 residential and mixed-use projects through planning and development processes in the UK. Tom has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a Real Estate MSc from the University of Reading.
