Tushar Dewan

Tushar has over 11 years of real estate investment and asset management experience, specialising in the living sector. He has led the acquisition, management, and successful disposal of more than €2 billion of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and co-living assets across the UK, Spain, and Portugal. At Round Hill, Tushar was instrumental in transforming the student housing business from a London-focused strategy into a market-leading pan-European platform with over 20,000 units, significantly expanding its scale, operational capabilities, and investor base. Previously, Tushar has worked in corporate banking and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) at City, St. George’s University in London.
