The SIX13 is a mixed-use, six-story building that features 142 apartment units and ground-floor commercial space including a restaurant and offices.

Amenities include a resort-style pool deck with cabanas and clubhouse, state of the art fitness facility complete with spin studio and yoga room, rooftop deck with BBQ.
